I am working for a pharmaceutical organization. I wish to prepare a productivity matrix for various functions of R&D (conducting experiments in search of new drugs). Can anyone help me with the complete process to prepare a Productivity matrix (with key parameters indicating productivity) for work done by scientists in their labs?
