No. Still the Gov. has not filnalised about changes in the slab.So don't change the things at your end till you received the notification.

Being HR try to use correct terminology.........
ESI Wage ceiling has been enhanced from 10000 to 15000 w.e.f. 01.05.10;
No change in the Rate of Cont. i.e. 6.5% (Employees share-1.75% & Employer share-4.75%)

You have to change immediately wef 01052010, since notification is already issued in Official Gazettee
