For sure, e-Recruitment definitely has lots of advantages and reduces the time, money, and effort of the recruiters. However, we have to be careful and mindful about one thing. The management and searches done using these systems are based on keyword searches primarily or slightly more advanced searches using years of experience, prestigious universities, etc. Nonetheless, we must still adhere to the conventional style of scrutinizing the resume by personally reading it and not solely relying on these systems.
