Dear friends,
One of the most important aspects playing a vital role in engaging our employees is "Employee Communication." Our employees need transparency and innovation in the ways we communicate with them.
It also becomes very important for us to ensure that we are able to pass on the message to our employees in the best possible manner and right the first time.
So I thought of taking help from this platform to get ideas from all of you on how and what different and new ideas you are using in your respective organizations to make employee communication more catchy and clear.
Let's take an example: if we have a change in one of the policies at the organizational level, one simple way to pass this on to our employees is to send an email to all with the policy attachment or maybe create a tip around it. However, these are very common practices. I am sure that there will be organizations doing things differently.
So let's all put forward the different ways we use for employee communication and share the best practices here.
Looking forward to loads of ideas.
Cheers,
Shilpa
