Struggling to Find HR Practices at Bain & Co.? Need Help for My Assignment!

Hello All,

I am a student of PGDM (HR) at a B-School in New Delhi. I need to prepare an assignment on the HR systems and practices at any MNC Consultancy firm. I have randomly chosen Bain & Co., but I am unable to find much information about it on the internet.

Could someone please help me out with the relevant information since I have only a couple of days to finish the assignment now? It would be really great if I could get information on some of the HR systems/practices of any MNC consultancy firm - preferably (but not necessarily) Bain & Co.

Hello,

Thank you for your prompt response. I have very little time on my hands as I was down with Chicken Pox for 20 days and have just returned to classes. While I could request an extension on those grounds, it would not be beneficial since our end of term is quickly approaching, and there isn't enough session time left.

We are required to prepare a presentation based on the information we have gathered. When it comes to the accompanying report, the emphasis should be on the quality of the information rather than the quantity. Remember, more is always better.
