Tackling High Attrition at VSNL: How Can We Address Growth and Compensation Issues?

As I am doing my project at VSNL on attrition analysis at an all-India level, I have collected data (March 05 - March 06) and calculated the attrition rate monthly. I have also identified the reasons for the high attrition rate in July (2%) and October (1.66%), which include lack of growth opportunities, work area issues, and compensation. Please advise me on how to address these reasons and suggest possible solutions.

Hi,

The attrition analysis can be done in different ways. I am attaching the document for reference. Additionally, the same analysis can be taken a step further by using the "weighted average attrition method."
