As I am doing my project at VSNL on attrition analysis at an all-India level, I have collected data (March 05 - March 06) and calculated the attrition rate monthly. I have also identified the reasons for the high attrition rate in July (2%) and October (1.66%), which include lack of growth opportunities, work area issues, and compensation. Please advise me on how to address these reasons and suggest possible solutions.
