Please throw some suggestions to organize an in-house celebration for Independence Day. I'm thinking maybe to set a dress code for the day as 'Ethnic'... But I need some expert comments.

Take a minute to thank God for our freedoms. We get so busy worrying and complaining; sometimes we lose sight of our blessings. Rent "Patriot" to watch with your family. It is a true story and a great reminder of what it took to gain our independence as a nation. God bless each of you and all you hold dear.

To be silent for 5 minutes may not be wrong because it may be our salute to our freedom fighters.

You can have the office decor in a Day theme with snacks. Let everyone participate in a get-together; it could be the best-dressed person on Independence Day. One could have a skit, poem, or quiz with pictures of freedom fighters. Other options are also available like these. Need to think about them.
