1. Can anyone help define the differences between TNI & TNA?

hi mike,
there is no need to dfferenciate TNA&TNI they go hand -in-hand in effective training and development process
always TNI should be carried out first to find a rough picture than, TNA will help to determine exact requirement(need areas like skill level,knowledge ect )
