Need a Simple Daily Activity Tracker for HR Ops Team – Any Suggestions?

I need a daily activity tracker for my team. We have an HR ops team who basically takes care of the attendance, salary, PF issues, and other day-to-day ops work. Please help if someone has some good formats for the same.
