How Do You Handle Cab Policies for Employees Working Night Shifts?

Please help me out with the cab/transportation policy. Employees of my company work in various shifts, including night shifts. I am preparing a handbook where I need to outline the policies. I would appreciate your input on this matter.

In my opinion, you can include cab transportation in your travel policy, specifying the amount based on the kilometers.
