Can anyone suggest some project names? I want to study about what precautions can be taken during recruiting a person so that the chances of them leaving the organization will be less. This way, the organization can hire the right person for the right job.

The key to retaining an employee after an interview is to explain everything openly to the candidate about the financial benefits. Secondly, ensure that the candidate has the zeal to join the organization. Above all, employee engagement should be ongoing as the human mind is not stable.

Hi, I am looking for a candidate for the position of Secretary to the senior people like MD, VP, AVP, President, etc. for the South Delhi office. A person with 3-4 years of experience, has completed a secretarial course, and possesses very good knowledge of computers, i.e., Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.
