Full & Final Settlement Format In Case Not Served The Notice Period

I have resigned from an organisation and i have not served the notice period. Please help by giving a format of full and final settlement in this case.

but i did not get your point... why are you going to make your full and final settlement, it is the responsibility of your supervisor..
the format would be same which you must be using for full & final the only difference would be deduction of month salary as you have not served the notice period if you a permament employee (this is my company policy)...

Yes the ur correct it is employer responsibility to give my full and final settlement. But i have not yet received from my employer i jst wanted to know how it will be look like. I think now u can help me. Thanks for ur response.

i am asked to informed by my boss to issue a notice period for an employee .. hmm i d dont know how to type .. what are the ontents reqired. waiting for you reply as quick as possible

I have already sent a notice for Operations Ceasing to the employee, but I do not want him to serve the notice period and ask for a salary. Kindly help me write an email.

With much regret, we must inform you that our company is incurring huge losses and is presently under a heavy financial burden. Hence, we are under the constraint to suspend operations of your branch with immediate effect.

As a result, we are hereby tendering you notice wef 23.09.23 and advise you to find suitable employment for yourself. You are also advised to undertake and comply with all procedures of handing over your charge and responsibilities, along with company assets and records.

In this regard, management has decided that we are giving you time till 31/10/2023.
