Need Help Creating a Comprehensive Leave Register for My Construction Team in Dubai

Hope everyone is doing well. My name is Arun, and I work as an HR Executive in a Construction Engineering Company in Dubai. I am currently in the process of implementing all HR activities in the company. In this regard, I am required to prepare a consolidated leave register for all my employees, including staff and non-staff. If any of you are maintaining a similar type of register that involves calculating sick, paid, unpaid, and emergency leaves, kindly forward it to me so that I can benefit from it.

I have a problem with timekeeping software as it is not providing me with accurate reports. Consequently, I face many issues with management. Actually, in our company, the in-time and out-time of employees are not fixed; they work as per their own settlement. This inconsistency causes confusion for the software between in-time and out-time. Is there any solution other than using software?
