My company is a very small company, we cant offer this much amount to referee.
Kindly suggest me something different view. So that employee will be satisfy as well as we can offer the amount or gift.

The Title could be "Get Your Buddy" or "Oppurtunity to Earn while refer"
Normaly the person who involves into selection process are not entitled for perticular candidate.
In order to save IT on such reference we can allow reference from employee's family memebers if they are not earning...
