there is query from my side to ALL HR LEADERS?
WE CALCULATE THE OVERALL SCORE ON EACH KRAs?
Require details on calculation of overall score and the kind of scale is used????
like...
1. performance on each Kra will be given a rating as per the rating scale (1-5)
2. This rating will be multiplied with the corresponding weitage on the KRA to get an individual KRA score e.g. KRA Weightage on surgical skill of consultnat surgeon is 60% and his rating is 3, it is 60 * 3/100
3. then individual score for each KRA will be added to get a KRA score.
However i cannot complete and relate it with performance of employee. i require the operational aspect of PERMANCE MANAGEMENT LIKE THE KINE OF SCALE, KRA, HOW TO INTREPRET ETC.
Kindly guide me on above matters.
