Very interesting. I went to the Monster office three times sometime last year, and they hardly seemed inclined towards the right man for the right job. I have myself written around twenty published articles on the subject.

When I visited them, their staff did not even know what Monster had taken over Morgan and Banks in 1999, who actually had an excellent reputation for placing the right person in the right job, including cross-career switches or lateral career transitions. It would be great if Monster has started to follow in their footsteps instead of just being a faceless e-portal.
