Hi all..
Can anyone help me to write a letter or giving a sample letter for me as for my reference. i need to write a letter to my staff who have dismiss for being absent 3 days continuously and not giving any notice.
i need to write to him telling that he not entitle for his salary.

Your reference has the following issues :
1. Has the employee been issued an appointment letter with terms and conditions regarding leaves and absenteism written therein ? If so , please try to follow the terms so as not to entangle yourself into legal hassles .
2. Is he an office staff or a factory worker ?
