What sort of analysis do you need?
The key measurables in recruitment are as follows:
- Cycle Time (Time between HR receiving a position/opening to the position being closed)
- Average Time a position was vacant (self-explanatory)
- Sources of Talent
- Budgeted Cost to Hired Cost
- Interviewed vs. Shortlisted vs. Offered vs. Joined
- Hiring Cost (paid to consultants, etc.)
Then there is demographic analysis, i.e., age, sex, socioeconomic indices, marital status. Post-hiring, you can also analyze the impact of these demographics to determine which ones are the most productive and stay the longest. If this is what you need, I can create a template for you.
