Hi all,
I am doing a project on Performance appraisal system in a company which deals with a variety of businesses, like Medical Transcription, Software Development, Call Centre. So i feeel this a good company wherein i can formulate JD's an KRA's for the employees. Currently I have circulated a questionnaire for the same. But i m not able to interpret the data collected. Can anybody help me out for the data interpretation, so i will be able to formulate JD's.

That is why the Company has prepared of the Handbook. To describe the important financial protection the employee enjoys as a benefit/welfare program participant. It describes eligibility, cost and enrollment, is well as the benefits payable, claim filing procedures, and other important facts about each plan.
