Struggling to Find Candidates in Bangalore? Seeking Affordable Alternatives for Hiring

I'm facing problems in getting resumes and candidates for the vacancy to be filled in our company. To contact any consultancy, they are charging heavily. Is there any other better alternative I can use to search for candidates or resumes? Our office is located in Bangalore. It would be great if I could find candidates in and around Bangalore or even within Karnataka. Please help me.
