Thanks for sharing the presentation on KRA setting. I have quickly reviewed it. Is the presentation still under development?

I have a couple of comments. Firstly, consider including self-development as one of the KPIs for individuals. Additionally, have you explored the Balanced Scorecard material?

Regarding the presentation, it might be beneficial to increase the spacing between lines and paragraphs when possible.
