Balanced Scorecard - practical example with respect to an IT firm?

Dear Cite HR members,
I am an MBA-HR student and i have been given a project to prepare an balanced Scorecard for an IT firm. I have gone through the posts related to the topic but I want also need a practical example with respect to an IT firm. Also I need help to know IT firms implementing Balanced scorecard /HRscorecard.
