Dear Rajkumar;
Love!
Psychiatrists say that we are not only a physical body but psychosomatic. Means our physical body and mind is so closely connected with each other, that if you touch one and the other will vibrate immediately. And we experience also that when our physic is not well; our mind also get affected and wise a versa is also true. Thus our physical body and mental body (Mind) has some similar tendencies. If we go on eating and if we do not release excreta in the morning, we shall have stomach ache in a day or two and if we prolong for few more days we may die even. Similar tendency our mental body too has. If someone abuses me, then I have two choices, either to accept it or to reject it. If I reject, it will bounce back, but if I accept it, I have to release it by any means. And if I do not release, it will form a blockage in my mental body and that will harass me mentally till it is released. All such unreleased feeling leads to psychic problems. Now I can release it to the same person in return to his abuse, provided he is not stronger to me or to any other person (Must be weaker to me like my son or wife). Many a time we select the other option and unnecessarily scold our wife or children.
To purify our mental body some techniques are developed by great masters of the world and those are used in several meditations in one or the other form. I know about three such techniques. One is known as Catharses, another is known as Gibberish. (Gibberish is the name of the inventor of the technique) and the third one known as laughing (The inventor is known as laughing Buddha). You must have heard about laughing clubs, they use this technique.
Provision of Ventilation Room is also a device to release anger and to keep the mind healthy. Japanese learned this from Zen masters. This looks funny, but very much effective and a proven technique.
But most HR people know about western ideas only, as their syllabus are derived from that route. They do not know about eastern culture and eastern techniques although they are all from the same culture. That’s the reason; no one has noticed my words except you. And if some one has, must have thought a funny man’s funny ideas.
His Blessings;
Sharad Shah
