How Does Pf Transfer While Job Change - DOC Download

Hi,
How could I transfer my PF a/c to new employer? If I need to go previous employer? Who will deposit the form 13, me or my present employer? Where should he go?

My pension fund not transferred in current id from old company.
Only Employee share transferred.
Is this ok ?
If I leave this company and join another company so what about my pension fund till today ?
