Casual Leave /sick Leave - Doc Download

Hi Seniors,
In our company we have total 6CL's and 6SL's are there per year. Our employees are using all the leaves in first few months only without completion of 1year(as leaves given for 1year). Is it a right method to deduct the leaves first and making LOP for remaining months Or we need to give the leaves on monthly basis and unused leaves are carryforward to next month?

Hello All,
We have a company of 15 staff and leave policy of 2 sick leaves for 6 months ie. annually 4. We wanted to start making medical certificate compulsory so that no one can misuse their leaves. But We can't ask for Medical certificate for a leave of a day as no one goes to doctor in case of headache or stomach cahe. Suggest me What should we do regarding this.
