Procedures Of Registration Of Employer For Provident Fund

I have one doubt, my company has lost its PF registration certificate. And now I have to apply for duplicate PF registration certificate, kindly give me the letter format and to whom I need to submit in Labour Office. Do they charge anything for this..??

I m currently working from last 6 month and i was paid PF from the my first month join but till day i not getting my pf number and ESI card and all other employee also not getting same so,Now what i do ?

Please tell me in PF how much time taken to apply registration after 20 employee and tell also document requirement for file.

Is there any notification available, that supports the said criteria of 3 years of incorporation and minimum of 20 employees for PF? How can I find the soft copy of that notification if available?

take a print out of
Form 5A from ECR portal
it is similar to Registration Cerficate for any purpose

In case of number of employees is less than 20 and Employer & Employees wishes to take benefits of provident fund, then Voluntary provident fund registration is applicable along with the consent of all the existing employees.
