There r so many designations, but it depends tat d responsilbilties u handled.. Eg: if u r handling only recruitment part it called as Recruiter.. like tat Payroll Executive, HR Generalist, HR Consultant,Associate Consultant, CHRP(Certified Human Resources Professional), HR Analyst, Personnel Officer.......... so on.
