Dear Ruchi Kasba,
No need to deduct any ESIC as per ACT The Limit is 15000/- for ESIC deduction so if company wants to provide the benefit then its ok but as per Law no need it is free from ESIC !!!!!!!!

esic is applicable on gross amount or basic hra conveyance. If a worker earn amount Rs. 17500 but his basic+hra+conveyance is below then 15000, his salary deduction esic upto 15000 or not, pls help
