Dear
I am working in manufacture company from last 6 years and still working but i have one question in my mind My company have many subsidiaries companies all our India
now question is i was transferred from one subsidiary to another subs.company for one year then from there i was transferred to another subsidary
i want to know that as per gratuti rules act gratuity is appliacble in this case or not
can anyone please help me regarding this
