Plz any one can clarify that when will NMR employees are to be taken has On Roll employee in company .Is There any rules and regulations .In NMR Basis what are the statutory Norms

1. If the Corporate Office / Administrative Office located within the factory premises then we need not to go for Registration under Shops and Commercial Establishment Act. But if the Corporate Office / Administrative Office premises are outside the premises then we have to obtain the Registration Certificate under Shops and Commercial Establishment act.
