My suggestion is that you can contact the insurance companies rather than third parties. We have our policies with Bajaj Allianz, who are doing excellent services. We were with National Insurance and burnt our finger for every claims. Bajaj is providing 24 hrs service for us. i can hlep out for any further details

Brokers are not paid from the client
They get commission from the insurance companiues
But as they deal with all the insurance companies so u can get gud rates from them Kalpana
N also the claim processing is also faster if the broker is involved since they can really pressurise d TPA to speed up the process

Well, you're wrong there. PSU Insurers are any day a better bet than those money-grabbing Private insurers who never settle a full claim especially when the amount is big (more than a lakh rupees)... Plus, claim settlement ratios of PSU insurers is way better than the private guys...
By the way, from your arguments, it seems like you work for a Private Insurer!! :-P
