I Just Inform to you that In PF 6500 Is Base Slab.
Suppose My Basic Is 50000 Rs. Than I Contribute Pf 12% (50000 Rs).
And Employer Contribution is According To Rs. 6500.But
Employer Not Want To Deduct Your PF Than Fill The Form-11.

Mr lokesh,
what you said is correct everyone knows that right, base slab is 6500/-, if an employee is not having PF in earlier companies and is not interested to have PF in the above company , he can give form-11 declaration stating that he is having savings so that he is not interested for deduction of PF. This is known general information. Exemption is given for consultants, If he is having huge salary then he is eligible for PF.

Dear Lokesh
If your basic salary exceeds Rs. 6500/- and you are not a member of PF before joining the organisation the employer is not bound to deduct PF, your are excepted employee from PF liability.
