Hi Guys,
As mentioned by Octavious that Husband can never be considered as dependable , is this true and a valid legal statement?
In Form ESIC-105 Can a Husband be declared as a dependent?
Can a parents in law can also be shown as Dependents?

Hi Every one- I have a query,
Since when Parents can be eligible to get the medical (General Treatment ) benefit.
Since day 1 of joining or there is any particular period like months of employment period/6months /2years. please help me to under stand as one my staff's parents were denied IP treatment recently by a dispensary.

WHAT IS THE PROCEDURE OF UNEMPLOYEMNT FOR TWO MONTHS,
HOW CAN WE GET THE AMOUNT & WHATS THE RATION
