can i get the format of competency mapping model related to employee job responsibilities and skill martix format for staff in manufacuture company its very urgant for my project please i need help...... to fram the competency mapping model for organization structure and coverage plan for fulfill the gap of the employee

Was you ever thinking about skill matrix as an database? I mean to put all information to Microsoft Access, sql, or any other database.
Is it comfortable to have all information you need about employees in one Excel file?

Dear All,
Employee (mgmt staff) worked on the paid holiday and his weekly off was also on the same day. He is asking for two compensatory offs for the same day.
In my opinion, Since he is management staff his weekly off comes on the paid holiday hence it is lapsed and he can avail compensatory off for the day he woked on paid holiday
