1. He has been a good humored person & has pretty good knowledge of subject &
the practical execution of the same.
2. He used to encourage me in taking up new assignments so that I would not get
bored with the repetitive tasks.

Hi Dear,Iam working in firstsource, Trichy.My Boss "Bala" is really superb. He is kind hearted & open minded to criticism. He always gives a beautiful smile & advice. No one is perfect,he too got his few minus points.Its ok. Overall he is a good boss who makes others learn something from his deeds.With love,Merly

1. Don't wait for permission to do good for the company - whatever your designation.
2. Don't be afraid to do mistakes. I, being the CEO, do most mistakes, most of the time.
