SEA JV partners will prepare and manage the recruitment budget based on the manpower planning report received from HR.
Manpower Requisition & Job Descriptions
For any new position or replacement, Directors / Reporting Manager should fill out a Manpower Requisition form and forward it to HR only after getting Program Director’s Approval.
For new positions, the Job Description (JD) shall be prepared by Hiring Director in coordination with HR and Submitted with Manpower Requisition Form. The JD aids in orienting new employees to their jobs, identifying the requirements of each position, establishing hiring criteria, and setting standards for employee performance evaluation.
