Labour Act And Leave Policies - Doc Download

I have completed my C L And S l Leaves, But I am having 15 P L.
But H R dept. informed me we have to utilize 3 continuous P L. other wise(if use
2days leave) it will ie 2 days under go LOP. Is it correct or not?
I am convincing them when I am having 15 PL, how you put me LOP?
Kindly clarify in this regard

Before 3 days {ie 2 days} they will consider 2 days as LOP. Is it correct or not?
