I recently looking HR Activities in my company. It 14 months It Services company.
My question is
IT services company will come under Shop & Establish ment act ? or Factories act.
My employees count is 25.
Shall we need to register under shop & establishment act?
If yes then what could be the statutory formalities?
Shall we need to file any returns during financial year?
Regarding Leave Policies:
How many Paid , Sick leaves eligible for IT company employees during financial year?
What could be the Maternity leave police for IT Company
