Interview Assessment Formats Pllsssssssssssssssssssssss

Good one, Could you kindly arrange this format to include professionaly, some raws to rate on their written exams whcih we conduct normally before an interview.
I have used successfully this format recently and above is my suggestion.

Very good one; if anyone could professionaly add two three raws more to evaluate the written skills of a candidate!

I too faced a similar predicament a couple of weeks ago.... went thru many formats in cite hr and finally devised my own. It attempts to track candidate details right from resume shortlisting period upto final interviews...have a look at it....tell me if u found it useful...
