Waiting for Interview Assessment Format: Has Anyone Else Faced Delays?

I had requested the Interview Assessment format five days ago. To date, I have not received any assistance. Could someone please send me the format?

Thanks for all the help. In our company, they have asked me to organize an Assessment Centre all over India in different states. If I understood correctly, it's going to be like selected candidates irrespective of department. They shall be invited together, and we will give a presentation on the company. Later, we will administer some tests if required and conduct one-on-one interviews.

Since I am doing this assessment for the first time, I have no idea. Therefore, I request you all to share/guide me on the same.

Hi! I too faced a similar predicament a couple of weeks ago. I went through many formats on CiteHR and finally devised my own. It attempts to track candidate details right from resume shortlisting period up to final interviews. Have a look at it and tell me if you found it useful.
