Withdraw PF From Private PF Organization Without Employer Intervention

Sir,
Since your accounts are maintained by the HIL Trust, you have claim your PF from the Trust which is maintained by your ex-employer. In respect of Pension you have to apply to the PF office whose address who can visit the website Epfo (Govt. of India) and understand. Since your account is maintained by the Trust, you have to get the account balance only from the Trust. If it is maintained by PF office you can verify from the website mentioned above.

If you know your PF Account no and Code of your previous Organization you can about PF Account status on line....
There are some provisions by which you can withdrawal your PF Amount but it will be batter If you meet the related personnel of your previous Organization and request them in this regard. If they are denying to do so you can go for direct withdrawal...

If i am not wrong your establishment name is 'HINDUSTAN INSTRUMENT' and address is
"3UDYOG VIHARGURGOAN" and as far as epf office is concern it is "GURGAON" having address " Bhavishya Nidhi Bhawan, Plot No.43,Sector 44, Institutional Area, Gurgaon ".

Please tell me your opinion on the employees, who do not inform their employer that they are leaving the company. On the contrary when a company want to fire someone, it require to give notice, ad in news paper etc.

i want to withdraw my pf amount. im still on service. how cud i withdraw with out Employer intervention as they ask so many formalities.

Big organizations will be having their own trust-HR that can not be shared to EPFO. So you must contact your HR directly.
I too searched and failed to check PF amount.

Kindly help me, we have transfer the ex-employer PF to our new employer PF a/c but, its stuck between process after approve for both side, this status in last one year, we tray to withdrew, but our claim was rejected. kindly suggest what we do.
