Have you studied the benefits of inserting this method in your recruitment? Are these people better engaged than others? Is the level of their performance better?
From HR standpoint, business results are important. Share some information on the results and on what parameters did you measure them.

Graphology does indeed indicate the person's attitude and personality and yes many companies including fortune companies do use it for recruitment. However, it is more effective if used in combination of other recruitment methods also, not just as a stand alone way of recruitment.
I am saying so because I have studied Graphology under Mr. Milind Rajore (you can google him) an eminent graphologist and also used graphology up to a certain extend for hiring in my company...
