What are the Returns to be submitted under Factories Act-1948 and the Forms used for that Return?

Dear Manas,
Plz go through the State Factories Rules & then found out the formats of different returns. Mainly the following returns are submitted to the Chief Inspector of Factories:
Form-21 Annual return- Genaral
Form-31 Annual Return-Accidents
Form- 22 Half yearly return
These returns relates Haryana. So you advised to see your State Rules.

You have not mentioned the name of the State Factory Rules to which this annual return relates. Moreover these annual return formats are available at city book-sellers who use to have factory act records.

We are required to go through the applicable Factory Rules for finding the Form No for sending the Half Yearly Return under the Factories Act, 1948. We in Haryana submit half yearly return in Form 22 ( ending 30th June only) under The Punjab Factory Rules, 1952. Therefore go through applicable your applicable Factory Rules to find out the Form no.
