Hi seniors,
In our company, the employees have not followed the dress code.
I made policy also like Monday to Thursday should come with formal dress, ID card and shoe.
Friday and Saturday will come with causal.
I informed many times through mail. But no response
So, now what I have to following this?

Yah but not in direct way. You can go for FINE after a warning or notice to employee in this regard if you still found negligence of your Policy.
And for MIS dear i wud suggest you to go to Search, you will find many things on that..
