Fellow citehr members have advised about Holi, Dhulandi etc. falling on 28th Feb and 1st March. In Maharashtra traditionally Color Holi (Rangapanchami) is celebrated on 5th day from Holi, which is falling on 5th March.
I suggest you to declare Holidays from 28th Feb to 5th March, in continuation for 6 days. Employees will be very happy to celebrate Holi for longer duration and HR Dept. will also earn lot of praise from employees.
Bura na mano Holi hai !!!!!!

Actually Holi is celebrated in the night and the next day is called as "Dhulwad" in Maharashtra. So generally holiday is given next day of Holi. This year Holi will be celebrated on Sunday, the 28th Feb night and on Monday is a declared holiday.
