i would like to give some ideas for recruitment which i usually do and very cost effective but u have to select each mode of recruitment after understanding the kind/type of ur requirement.They are....
1) Job Portals for all type of requirements.
2) Advertisement in local newspaper for area specific requirements frm jr to middle level.
3)state employment exchange for location specific requirements.
4)Ex Defence personals beauros(army/navy/airforce) for sr but general or technical kinda requirements.
5)Management or good institutes/colleges for campus recruitments.
6)Job Fairs.etc......etc
