Understanding Cross-Culture in HR: Can Someone Explain It to a Recruitment Specialist?

I am into recruitment and don't know much about hardcore HR things. Can anybody tell me what cross-culture in HR is? It's very urgent.

To my knowledge, when people from different cultural environments work together, they bring their culture too. This results in a mixture of cultures being adopted in the working environment. Therefore, employees tend to undergo a dramatic cultural change, leading to cross-culture experiences and cultural shock.

Agree with JuneVagoghr, it's been said that culture is behind our behavior on the job. Often without our realization, culture influences how close we stand, how loud we speak, how we deal with conflict, and even how we participate in a meeting. It's all about how we adapt to different work styles and cultures, dealing with differences.
