Hi Al,

I am a training manager in SOFT SKILLS. But basically, I am a S/W Professional, with a BE in Computer Tech. I have worked as a S/W Professional. This was later pursued by an MBA in Marketing & Finance. I was associated as a Corporate Trainer with a very esteemed organization. Now I am seeking kind suggestions from the entire forum of senior personnel. I am planning to do SAP - HR/CRM. Will it be beneficial to me? I do not have a degree in HR, so should I go for HR Domain in SAP or not? If not, then which domain should I pick up? Please reply to me at the earliest if possible.

Hi,

Doing the course of SAP-HR can't lead you to an HR professional. To enter this profession, one must have relevant knowledge. I agree with Mr. Vijay that even to complete your SAP-HR course, you are required to have knowledge of HR activities and functions.

So, to transition into HR, it would be better if you enroll yourself in a one-year HR Diploma Program at Symbiosis.

Regards,

Amit Seth.
