Hello Friends :D
I have just moved into a new company and they have asked me to come up with innovative ideas to celebrate birthday and annivesaries of our employees.
As of now, we club the birthday's and annivesaries in a month on a single day and order for one Big cake and snacks. We also give them a gift worth Rs.500.
I am thinking of giving a small basket of flowers and a card apart from a gift or momento. But then my budget is only Rs.500. Can any of you suggest gifts which will be worth this much. I stay in chennai , so if someone can suggest me a good shop for this it will be really great.
Also some more events to make the party very lively :D

plz suggest me sum ideas to motivate the staff by celebrating the b'day parties or any other type of official get together....or sum festivial celebration ..so the employee should feel motivated n atttached toward the Co.n sprit of cooperation n mutual understanding can developed b/w the staff......
