You are correct,the HR function has gone through a transformation, from pure adminitrative HR professionals have specialised into some of the areas you have mentioned, others that I can think will be
1) Talent Managers ( Responsible for locating, hiring, managing and retaining resources )
2) Compensation Anayst: ( Responsible for designing compensation and reward programs )
3) Benefit Specialist - ( responsible for taking care of the benefit packages such as Medical Insurance/401k or savings plan, Retiral benefits, disabilty \ ( short/long term), Paid time offs etc.
